Vehicle Hire Rates

Rates are applicable as per the revised TTAA rate chart and vehicle operation terms.

Terms & Conditions

Important vehicle operation terms applicable to the TTAA rate chart.

Rate Validity

The above rates are applicable from 01 September 2026 onwards until further notice.

Driver Duty

Driver duty will be predefined. No duty hours after 8:00 PM or as directed by the itinerary. Exceeding duty will attract ₹500/hour.

Itinerary Based

Vehicles are strictly operated according to the declared itinerary or route and are not at disposal or for independent roaming.

Route Changes

Holding the vehicle, route deviation or utilizing the vehicle for other purposes may attract additional charges.

GST

GST will be applicable on the above pricing as per the respective service provider.

Fuel Price

Rates are based on current diesel prices. Any hike above ₹110/litre or at the time of travel may result in revised rates.

Toll & Parking

Toll and parking are included. Repeat visits to particular spots or places may attract additional charges.

Tourist Entry Fees

Entry fees to tourist spots are not included in the above pricing.

Airport Parking

Airport parking is included for one-time pickup from one airport only. Multiple airport pickups are payable extra.

Payment Terms

30% payment is required at booking and the remaining 70% on arrival and at pickup.

Passenger Capacity

Maximum passengers are subject to the declared seating capacity of the vehicle.

Unforeseen Expenses

Expenses caused by flight/train delays, roadblocks, natural calamities, vehicle malfunction or tourist spot closures are not included.

Vehicle Breakdown

In case of vehicle breakdown, the operator has the moral responsibility to provide a substitute vehicle without additional cost, subject to availability.

Air Conditioning

Air-conditioning will not be applicable on hills and while the vehicle is standing.

Vehicle Documents

Valid insurance, fitness, road tax, permit, PUC and other mandatory vehicle documents are required for tourist operations.

Commercial Vehicles

Vehicles without commercial number plates or personal vehicles with white number plates are not allowed to operate for tourists across North East India.

No Smoking / Drinking

Smoking and drinking are not permitted inside the vehicle.

Night Journey

Night journey across the hills is not advisable for tourist and driver safety.

Special Route Charges

Additional charges may apply for certain special or difficult hill routes and journeys.

Environment

Tourists are requested to keep public areas and vehicles litter-free and follow applicable environmental rules.

Spot Guides

Tourists may need to take spot guides where required for remote locations.

Disputes

Disputes will be handled under Guwahati jurisdiction.
