Initial Review
The submitted grievance will be reviewed by the concerned TTAA authority or committee to understand the nature of the complaint.
Investigation & Verification
Where necessary, TTAA may seek additional information, supporting documents, or clarification from the complainant or concerned parties.
Resolution & Action
The grievance will be considered based on the available facts, documents, applicable TTAA rules, and relevant circumstances. Appropriate action may be taken wherever required.
Response & Closure
The complainant will be informed of the outcome, wherever applicable. The grievance may be considered closed after the appropriate action or response has been provided.
